Standard cleaning checklist
The following list covers the tasks included in our standard service. Add-ons (carpet deep-cleaning, oven or fridge degrease, window washing) are available on request.
- Vacuum and mop all surfaces, including baseboards.
- Wipe and sanitize countertops, cabinets (exterior), and fixtures.
- Thoroughly clean sinks, tubs, showers and toilets; remove soap scum and hard-water marks.
- Dust and wipe light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents and accessible blinds.
- Clean inside and outside of appliances where listed (stovetop, microwave, exterior of refrigerator).
- Remove cobwebs and spot-clean walls and doors.
- Empty trash and replace liners where requested.
- Spot-clean windowsills and glass surfaces.
- Final sweep and inspection to meet move-out checklist expectations.
Pricing and scheduling
We provide clear, itemized estimates based on property size, condition and selected add-ons. Standard pricing is quoted per unit or per hour depending on the job. For multi-unit properties or recurring turnover schedules we offer project quotes that simplify budgeting.

How to prepare before our team arrives
To keep the job efficient, please remove personal items, clear counters and secure pets. If keys or access codes are required, provide them ahead of time and confirm arrival instructions.
